La Loba Cantina + Grill is the newest concept from Chef Robert Black and Lori Dickinson Black, seasoned entrepreneurs dedicated to revitalizing Downtown Edmond. Through each of their ventures, they’ve worked to bring new life to Main Street—reimagining it as a vibrant gathering place for the community once again.
At the heart of all their businesses is a shared philosophy: to create spaces inspired by the places they love to discover when they travel, and bring those experiences home for others to enjoy. La Loba is no exception—designed to be vibrant, full of life, and truly memorable.
The restaurant is also deeply personal, rooted in their love of Mexican cuisine and the early days of their relationship, when “casually awesome Mexican” became more than just a phrase—it became part of their story.
